PROSECCO & PROSCIUTTO

On this trip you'll travel to the Karst region and visit a local farmhouse to taste some local wines produced here. Take in the beautiful views and peaceful surroundings whilst sipping on a tipple or two. You'll also visit the village of Prosecco where the legendary sparkling wine inherited its name due to the Glera grape being grown here. Ironically although the wine is named after this village they have only recently started to produce Prosecco here. This trip really does take in the best Italy has to offer….wine and amazing views!
