Unique of its kind, this tour will introduce you to the latest transformation of the port of Genoa (Renzo Piano) and its millenary history from the Crusades to today.
We will walk together along the ancient piers and among the nineteenth-century structures transformed in 1992 by the architect Renzo Piano to welcome tourists from international cruise traffic and new visitors. From the Maritime Station to the Aquarium, to the arcades of Sottoripa and to Palazzo San Giorgio, the ancient seat of the Municipality of Genoa and the first bank in the world!
