What To Expect

Live your first diving experience with an expert instructor on the quiet beach of Bagni Liggia. Reach the pebble beach for a briefing on the techniques and equipment to be used during the activity such as masks, fins, and oxygen cylinders. Get into the sea, always with an instructor who follows you step by step and dive to a depth of a few meters, for a session of about 30 minutes.

You can use a shared changing room and showers at the Bagni Liggia facility.
Your free stay at the facility is limited to the duration of your experience and the time you need to shower/change.
If you would like to stay longer on the beach and use Bagni Liggia's facilities, you can pay the entrance fee.
This experience is also winter-friendly due to the use of the wetsuit provided free of charge by the staff.
Experience suitable for those who can swim.

Not wheelchair accessible. Not recommended for pregnant travelers. No heart problems or other serious medical conditions. Most travelers can participate. This experience requires good weather.
