What To Expect

You can discover one of the hidden gems of the Italian Food Valley: Calestano - a medieval village that you will not find on any map.

Important: don’t worry if you don’t have a car to reach us. We offer a transfer service from the center of Parma.

With my help you can learn the secrets of Emilian cuisine. You can replicate at home an excellent homemade pasta topped with an excellent Italian sauce. Thanks to this experience you can surprise your friends and let them know the true Italian gastronomic culture.
Once the lesson is over you will be able to prepare fettuccine, tagliatelle and pappardelle and, if you need it, I will personally send you the recipes we made together.

We’ll have lunch/dinner together and you can enjoy the pasta you made and we’ll end up with an exceptional tiramisu (my friends say it’s the best they’ve ever eaten. Would you agree?)
