Join us for a hands-on cooking experience in the professional kitchen of an expert local chef’s beautiful Tuscan home – and pick up Italian pasta home-cooking skills that will ‘wow’ your friends back home!
The day will start with your small group visiting Florence’s authentic and unique Oltrarno neighbourhood. Together with your chef, you’ll walk the streets buying the ingredients from small, family-run shops and market stalls.
Then, after picking herbs from the rooftop terrace you’ll put on your aprons, roll up your sleeves and begin preparing your feast.
The experience will end with a family style lunch/dinner amongst your new friends, with plenty of paired wine, ensuring a lively afternoon. Join us for a real Italian home-cooking class that you’ll never forget!
Until 31/3/2024 for those joining us in the afternoon, we'll replace the market visit with a typical Italian experience: Aperitivo! Cured meats and pecorino cheese with a spritz of your choice (Campari or Aperol)
