* Visitors are required to climb 463 steps (no lifts available). The climb is not recommended for people suffering from heart problems, vertigo or claustrophobia
* Access times to the monument may be subject to change due to extraordinary events
* Number of participants: maximum 10 adults
* Please have your confirmation voucher ready for a seamless experience.
* Please follow the dress code, appropriate for a place of worship: clothing must cover both shoulders and knees. Access is not allowed with exposed shoulders or knees, nor with sandals, flip-flops, hats, or sunglasses. Tight clothing, tank tops, sleeveless shirts, and low-cut tops are not permitted. Shorts or skirts must be at least knee-length.
* To avoid overcrowding, please arrive at the meeting point no more than 15 minutes before your scheduled time. Late arrivals, more than 5 minutes, may be denied entry. Our on-site staff can easily be recognized by their yellow vests with "ACCORD" written on them.
* Comfortable shoes are recommended.
* Re-entry is not permitted.
