Important information

Not recommended for travelers with poor cardiovascular health. Not recommended for pregnant travelers. Public transportation options are available nearby. Suitable for all physical fitness levels. Not recommended for vertigo and claustrophobic persons. Backpacks are not allowed during the visit. Cathedral remain closed on Sundays and during Christrian Holidays. Baptistery closed at 1:30pm each first Sunday of the month. Cathedral Museum is closed each first Tuesday of the month (on this day the guide will cover the Baptistery and the Cathedral instead). Dress code: for Cathedral, Baptistery and Crypt shoulder and knees must be covered - for Dome climb, museum and bell tower there is no dress code. Security and ticket checks are mandatory even if we use a fast track entry tickets. During high seasons this could take more than 15', please plan your visit considering this.
