* The minimum age to drive a scooter is 18, while you must be at least 13 to ride as a passenger
* The maximum load for a scooter is 170kg (374lbs), including the rider, the passenger and the luggage
Know in advance:
* To book multiple scooters (one rider each to use alone), please proceed with separate bookings
* The double scooter requires 1 driver and 1 passenger
* Previous experience isn't required but is an advantage and highly recommended. The tour operator reserves the right to assess the driving ability of participants. Anyone unable to drive safely may ride as a passenger with a partner or on the guide's scooter (if available) or continue the tour in one of the support vehicles (tuk tuk or minibus). No refunds will be given if participants are excluded for safety reasons
* Third party insurance is included in the tour's price. Customers can also opt for an additional insurance to cover damage to the vehicle
* The tour operates rain or shine, but may operate in a minibus, if it rains, for safety. In case of bad weather conditions, the customer may proceed with the tour in the hope of better weather, with the understanding that no refunds or discounts will be given if driving isn't possible. Alternatively, you can receive a voucher valid for one year to reschedule the tour or take part in another tour offered by the local operator
