Public transportation options are available nearby. Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness. Sleeveless shirts and shorts or skirts above the knees are not allowed inside the Cathedral.. Please note that backpacks of any size or dimension, and any bag designed to be worn on the back, are not allowed.. Please note that Brunelleschi’s Dome requires climbing 463 steps, with no lift available.. Clients must arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before the start of the tour.
