Bulls can exceed 190 cm in height at the withers and reach 1.700 kg!At the farm, you will marvel at the beauty, meekness and grandeur of this magnificent animal. You will discover the history of the Chianina breed and its deep connection with the territory. Resistant, strong, docile, these splendid animals were the driving force behind agriculture in the area before the arrival of agricultural machinery. Today their meat is considered one of the best in the world; the famous Florentine steak, for instance, is made of Chianina meat.After visiting the breeding farm, you will taste Chianina IGP in different versions, such as tartare, roast beef, and carpaccio.
