Whether raw or cooked, extra virgin olive oil will always improve the flavour of a dish in which it is used but that combining is an art and we will give you the best sources of information possible.
After a brief introduction on this pillar of Italian gastronomy’s history and cultural legacy, we walk our guests through our production philosophy centred on the use of a low-impact oxidative system that respects the cultivar’s integrity and traceability.
