Driving around rolling hills and cypresses linen road, we will focus on tracking down the highest quality Pecorino cheese and red wines. We will head first to Montepulciano, the city, full of elegant Renaissance palaces, ancient churches, charming squares and hidden corners, boasts vast panoramas all over the wonderful Val d'Orcia and Val di Chiana valleys that surround it. Then it's the turn of Montalcino, medieval village that offers many attractions, from monuments to exquisite wines, this is the land of Brunello, top quality wine that has made this village famous all over the world. A local winery will host us, after a guided tour of the cellar, we will have lunch in an relaxing contest pairing typical Tuscan food with their Brunello wines.
