The extra virgin olive oil, known as green gold, probably is the most representative product among the delights of Umbrian gastronomy, made of simple, genuine and savory food. We’ll visit a renowned oil mill where we could learn about the production process of olive oil, from cultivation, to harvesting, pressing and use of the product. At the end, we’ll enjoy a delicious tasting.
