Enjoy a guided Nordic walking tour in the Umbrian countryside followed by wine tasting at a local winery. Matteo, an expert Nordic walking instructor, will guide you almost completely off the beaten path to discover stunning views and learn all the secrets of ancients roads and hidden spots.Experienced walkers are welcome. The session starts with warm-up exercises and instruction on how to use the professional walking poles which will be provided.You'll then reach the vineyard where you can set your own pace as you find your rhythm with the poles. The session lasts an hour and ends with cool-down exercises and a rewarding wine tasting.
