Straw hat creation workshop

Create your handmade hat using traditional straw weaving techniques. Visit the Museo del Cappello and enjoy an itinerary through the different production phases of a handmade hat in different historical periods.You'll see 20th-century handcrafted tools that were used to cut the straw, as well as sewing machines, wooden and alloy hat shapes. In the second part of the workshop, you'll learn to bind the straw used to create hats and to decorate the final product.
