No heart problems or other serious medical conditions. Near public transportation. Not wheelchair accessible. Most travelers can participate. This tour/activity will have a maximum of 15 travelers to ensure the direct access. Please provide the full names of all travelers when booking. Failure to present a voucher with all travelers' full names at the ticket office prior to entry may result in denied entry to the Colosseum and Roman Forum.. Please note that on the day of your visit certain areas of the monument/attraction can be closed due to either religious events and national holidays. Please arrive 15 minutes before the starting time. When booking for kids under 18 years, a government-issued ID/passport will be required when entering the monument. Failure to bring an ID with you can result in the security staff refusing you entrance to the monument.. Refunds will not be provided for no-shows or late arrivals. If you are late to arrive at the meeting point, you will not be able to join your tour.. Tours will run rain or shine (unless the monument is closed by the official administration for safety reasons). The tour itinerary can start with either the Colosseum or the Palatine Hill/Roman.. Only small bags are allowed. A current valid passport is required on the day of travel. This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund. This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund. This tour/activity will have a maximum of 16 travelers.
