Immersed in the greenery of the Vican hills, Master Cheesemaker Antonio will take you to the family dairy founded at the beginning of the twentieth century and will make you become the protagonists of Mozzarella with hands directly in the dough and explanations of the processing techniques after which you can taste the delicious cheeses.
