Sicilian Cooking Lesson in Cefalu

We'll head to the 4-star Hotel Baia del Capitano for a cookery class that'll leave you infused with the flavours of the Mediterranean's largest island. You'll set off along the coast to Baia del Capitano, a 4-star hotel with clifftop views over the sea. It's famed as much for its views as for the delicious dishes prepared at its Kefalè restaurant. It's here that you'll enjoy a hands-on Sicilian cooking experience in a group of no more than 12 guests.Under the guidance of the head chef, there's a three-hour masterclass on the art of Sicilian cooking. You'll prepare a starter, first course, main course and dessert, using seasonal, fresh and organic ingredients. And to cap it all off, you'll be dining on the meal you've prepared, washed down with good local wine.
