The Chianina meat is hard to find outside Siena, Umbria and Lazio. It is an ancient porcelain-white Italian cattle breed. The Chianina cows have a huge capacity for excellent meat production. The meat is red and free from waste.
The Cinta Senese is an ancient tuscan black pig with a white belt. The pigs are very prominent throughout the land. This pig is famous for its excellent meat with a DOP classification. It is rich and of high quality.
Both animals have a long and good life. The organic farm has its biologic certificate.
After our visit to the agriculture land we drive back to the restaurant for our Chianina beef lunch.
