What To Expect
Spend a day in the iconic landscape of the "Chianti Hills", among avenues of cypresses, vineyards, sunflowers and medieval villages. Visit the historic village of Castellina in Chianti, taste homemade pasta and the best Chianti wines of the Tuscan countryside in two typical Tuscan farmhouses.
ITINERARY:
• In the morning meet your driver at your hotel or in another chosen place (B&B or private flat)
• We will drive through the rolling hills of Chianti, among olive groves, cypresses and vineyards.
• We will visit the mediaval village of Castellina in Chianti and the historic center.
• For lunch we will move to a real Tuscan farm, to understand the secrets of wine production and enjoy a lunch with typical Tuscan foods and 5 tastings of local wines.
• On the way back we will do a second wine tasting stop, in a small local winery, which produces its wine the old way.
