What To Expect
Although I am a tour guide, I like to consider myself rather a local cousin! during this tour you will have the opportunity to meet the local people, walk off the beaten path, discover the uniqueness of the old city of Bari and learn how to make the typical pasta of the region: "orecchiette". It will not be a school that will teach you how to do it, but a real grandmother who will open the door of her house and her heart to you!
