Start your day with the sun on your back, the wind in your hair, and the sea as your soundtrack!This low-impact piloga session in front of the sea is what you need to relax and start your day on the right foot. Meet your group directly at Porto Rosso beach and enjoy your 1-hour class made up of a combination of pilates and yoga-conscious movements. After practice, you are welcome to enjoy a coffee and a healthy snack.
