Along country lanes, farmhouses and dry stone walls we will cycle together for 22 km (about 14 miles).
We start from Polignano a Mare, known as the 'Pearl of the Adriatic', heading towards Conversano, one of the most historic and artistic villages in Puglia. A tasty stop awaits us in a traditional local pastry shop, where we will treat ourselves to the Apulian focaccia freshly baked by Donato, accompanied by a glass of wine for those who wish.
Before reaching Polignano, we will take a pleasant break at the 'Verso' bar to refresh and recharge with a drink.
