There you could admire the particular white houses called 'Cummerse' (houses with sloping roofs built with dry stone), the Church of the Madonna della Greca, dating back to the 16th century, the church dedicated to San Giorgio, the evocative alleys, Palazzo Morelli with the clock tower and the panoramic terrace that sweeps the gaze over the Valle d'Itria, with the cities of Martina Franca and Cisternino on the horizon. Then, you will take part in a tasting experience, based on typical territory products like salami, jam, cheese, and toasted bread with a glass of red wine.
