Tasting tour of balsamic vinegar of Modena at Aceto Balsamico del Duca

Aceto Balsamico del Duca is a family business founded in 1891, one of the four oldest companies producing Balsamic Vinegar of Modena.You will visit the vinegar factory, the production site of two excellences of the area – the traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena DOP and the Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP. During this tasting tour, you will discover curiosities about the history of the company and learn the differences between the traditional balsamic vinegar of Modena DOP and the balsamic vinegar of Modena IGP and their production methods.In addition, there will be a tasting of five different types of balsamic vinegars (DOP and IGP). At the end of the tour, you will have the opportunity to purchase balsamic vinegar and other typical local products at the company shop.
