You will have the opportunity to make friends with the other guests while enjoying local cuisine all in an intimate, relaxed and welcoming atmosphere where the Chef will guide you in the art of preparing homemade pasta, creating colorful doughs with you using vegetable extracts and powders.
Our Chef has been working for over ten years in haute cuisine around Italy. He immediately developed the desire to create gourmet recipes without the use of meat, fish, eggs and with only vegetable rennet cheeses. Everything is done in full respect of nature, the territory and the seasonality of the food, doing justice to the flavors and colors of the products of our land.
It is a unique 100% green culinary and cultural experience that can be enjoyed alone, as a couple or even as a family.
