What To Expect
Take part in a unique experience and visit a typical olive oil mill in the Umbrian hills in the town of Amelia. You'll get to taste for three different types of extra virgin olive oil, including the strong “Rajo” oil, a regional variety typical to the Amerini hills and only produced from the olives of centenarian trees.
In the course of one hour, you'll learn how to recognize its scent, taste and other characteristics. At the end of the guided tasting, you can relax and enjoy a typical Italian snack: a delicious “bruschetta”, local cheese and wine.
