What To Expect

In this wonderful city, the professional chef Carolyn shares her passion for Venetian food with other food-lovers! She holds her lessons in her beautiful home kitchen on the square of Campo Santa Margherita, one of the most picturesque squares of Venice.

Carolyn, an American married to a Venetian, has lived in Italy for over 20 years and has won numerous awards for her Venetian cooking, will be your personal chef during the cooking class!

She will welcome you in her beautiful house with a glass of Venetian wine before starting to prepare the lovely lunch. (1 main course with dessert with Venetian wine and coffee).

The experience will teach you the best way to make traditional venetian dishes preparing hand-made fresh pasta, in according to the classic Italian style.

Not wheelchair accessible. In case of dietary restrictions due to allergies, food intolerances or religious preferences, please communicate them in advance, so that the chef can adapt the menu accordingly.. From april to october the meal will be served outside on the terrace that overlooks the square (only if the weather is good). Near public transportation. Not recommended for travelers with back problems. Not recommended for pregnant travelers. No heart problems or other serious medical conditions. This tour/activity will have a maximum of 4 travelers.
