• This tour is free of charge for infants (age 0-3) and people with disabilities
• As per the order of the Harbour office nr 143 of 2016 in particular weather conditions (for example in case of fog) or adverse weather conditions, the service may not be regular and the local provider reserves the right to suspend scheduled services
• On the busiest days, the order of visiting the islands of Murano and Torcello could be changed
• Remember that to maintain the right timing and ensure a pleasant experience for everyone, the boat will depart promptly at the end of each stop. So, make sure to take note of the times communicated on board and be ready to depart on time
