Tour of 3 wine cellars in Valpolicella with lunch

Live a unique experience to discover the hills and wineries of Valpolicella!Enjoy the journey aboard a comfortable minivan, which will cross the territory of Valpolicella, the famous land of red wines. The first stop will be at a wine cellar for a wine tasting where, with a professional sommelier, you will discover the entire range of Valpolicella wines such as Valpolicella Classico, Valpolicella Superiore, Ripasso, Amarone and the sweet Recioto.After visiting the vineyards and learning the process of making wine, you will taste a delicious lunch based on typical local food and wine products: the famous Amarone risotto or the traditional bigoli with homemade meat sauce, followed by a sweet surprise.The afternoon will be dedicated to a visit to another winery, where the owner and winemaker himself will let you taste his wines, with a small tasting of Amarone grappa and the famous Valpolicella extra virgin olive oil.The tour includes a tour of the farm and its vineyards and a guided tasting of at least 5 wines for each winery, including the famous Amarone, even in different vintages, accompanied by local gastronomic products. In both wineries, the visit will be entirely managed by the producer or his trusted oenologist, in order to give a detailed and technical explanation even to the most demanding winelovers.
