Pickup Details

ARRIVAL – AIRPORT PICKUP Pickup at the airport is on the outside. After clearing Immigration and Customs, go outside to the arrival area. Use the first door on right at the information desk to exit the terminal. Once outside, turn right and walk towards the restroom. Our greeter will be standing behind the barricade holding a sign displaying ISLAND TRANSFER AND TOURS (Do Not look for your Name). Once you have identified the greeter, present your ticket to him and he will escort you to your ride. DEPARTURE/RETURN TRANSFER- HOTEL PICKUP Pickup from the hotel is scheduled 2.5 hours before the departure time you specified on your reservation. A message will be sent through your reservation with your exact pickup time. On your departure date, please check out and be ready at least 10 minutes prior to this time. Meet your driver at the entrance to the main lobby as specified on your reservation. Drivers can wait only 10 minutes after the pickup time given.

Sangster International Airport, Montego Bay, Jamaica - Departure Point: Pickup at the Domestic Terminal at the Montego Bay Airport (MBJ) Directions: After clearing Immigration and custom, go out to the arrival hall. Use the first door on the right, exiting the terminal at the Information Desk. Once outside, turn to the right and walk towards the Groovy Grouper Bar, Our Representative will be standing behind the barricade, holding a sign, displaying ISLAND TRANSFER & TOURS. Once you have identified the Island Transfer & Tours Agent, present your ticket to him and he will escort you to your ride. Return Transfers depart directly from your hotel's lobby - Flexible return transfer times based on the departure time submitted. Pickup are scheduled 2.5 hours in advance of departure time. Please meet your Island Transfer and Tours driver at the entrance to the main lobby.
