• Routes are subject to change if hiking trails are unusable due to weather conditions. In case of rain, you will use the train to see the Great Buddha statue instead of the hiking trail
• If the probability of rain is more than 70% on the day before the tour, the tour will be cancelled and a full refund will be given
• The restaurant industry faces difficulty in hiring restaurant staff and training them because many restaurant staff had to quit or got laid off during the times of the Covid-19 pandemic. Therefore, food and drinks at some restaurants possibly come served late and the tour might be longer than originally scheduled. The local operator kindly asks for your understanding
• Because most Japanese restaurants are not fully ready to provide vegetarian menus, choices of vegetarian foods in this tour are available but limited
• You do not need to pay for the guide's food and drinks
• Please note that the local operator is unable to guarantee allergy-free or cater to dietary restrictions as the food is prepared in kitchens that do not belong to themselves. Additionally, there may be instances where substitutions are not possible at certain stops; however, they will make every effort to compensate at different stops throughout the tour
• Out of respect for other guests and to ensure the best tour for everyone, you must start the tour on time
• You will not be able to join the tour, get refund or reschedule if you are late for the tour and missed the group

• Please bring water and towel because it's around 5 km walking & hiking tour (Hiking trail is about 2.5km)
• Please wear suitable hiking clothes and shoes because the hiking trail is slippery on some parts
