Kamakura, where the first Japanese Samurais were, has a lot of historical temples, shrines, and other historic sites. It’s an international sightseeing city where many tourists visit every year. It is only one hour from Tokyo by train yet is blessed with both sea and mountains. You can enjoy wonderful views from the areas many hiking trails. In this tour you will walk from Kita-Kamakura to Hase-dera Temple while enjoying the rich nature and the profound history and culture. It’s especially recommended to come in hydrangea season as the temples around Kita-Kamakura are well known for their stunning blue hydrangea gardens.

Not recommended for pregnant travelers. No heart problems or other serious medical conditions. Not wheelchair accessible. Near public transportation. Travelers should have a strong physical fitness level. Please add 4000 yen per person to the tour price for hotel pick up. A minimum of 2 people per booking is required. Tour duration can be extended at a rate of 1,000 yen per person, per half hour, payable in cash.. You will walk at least 5 km including a mountain pass. So please wear shoes that are easy to walk in.. This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
