pick up your mobile WiFi router from 8:15 am to 7:30 pm. Please note that you'll not be refunded if you fail to pick up your router.
you can return your device at any of our counters in major Japanese airports: Narita (T1 & T2), Haneda (T2 & T3), Kansai (T1), Chubu (T1 & T2), Fukuoka (Intl), New Chitose (Intl+Domestic), Naha (Intl), Asahikawa (Domestic), Komatsu (Domestic), Kagoshima (Intl+Domestic) or via delivery
if you use more than 3GB in one day you may notice slower speeds or even a temporary loss of connection
