One Hour Geisha Show in Gion Kyoto

To begin the show, the Maiko will perform a traditional dance lasting around 10 minutes, the usual length of most Maiko performances. After 2 dances (each about 5 minutes), there will be time for a Q&A, photo-taking, and a chance to play a traditional Japanese game with her.
*IMPORTANT*: In Geisha/Maiko culture, performances are intentionally short to preserve the art’s exclusivity and grace. Please note that the Maiko will not be performing continuously for one hour.
Please note the following:
1. No outside food or drinks
2. Do not leave during the show
3. Set your phone to Do Not Disturb
Please arrive 5-10 minutes early. The show starts at the exact starting time displayed.
*Please note that if you are looking for a show that is held in a Japanese Traditional Tea House, please check our our different maiko shows. To make things transparent for all guests, please note that the show will not be occurring at a tea house, but at a showhouse. Please refer to photos if necessary.
