We can offer a menu that is friendly to vegetarians, vegans and Muslims too. This is a rare opportunity to be able to make ohagi without any additives and with special ingredients such as fresh strawberries, tebomame, a kind of beans used for a long time in Japan and tensaito, a kind of sugar with natural sweetness!
