- The pickup counter is located in the Domestic Terminal at the 1F "Global WiFi x NINJA WiFi" counter. Hours are from 8.00am to 6.00pm
- You can return your device at any of the counters in major Japanese airports: Narita (T1 and T2), Haneda (T2 and T3), Kansai (T1), Chubu (T1 and T2), Fukuoka (Intl), New Chitose (Intl+Domestic), Naha (Intl), Asahikawa (Domestic), Komatsu (Domestic), Kagoshima (Intl+Domestic) or via delivery. Please contact the local operator to change your return location. You will find the contact details on your voucher after booking
- You will not be refunded if you fail to pick up your router. Extra fees will be charged for extensions, late returns, and lost devices
- If you use more than 3GB in one day, you may notice slower speeds or even a temporary loss of connection
