Know in advance:
- The pick-up counter is located in the International Terminal's 1F arrival lobby "J WiFi & Mobile x Global WiFi" counter. Hours are from 8 am - 7 pm. Starting from December, the business hours are 7:30 am - 9 pm.
- You can return your device at any of our counters in major Japanese airports: Narita (T1 & T2), Haneda (T2 & T3), Kansai (T1), Chubu (T1 & T2), Fukuoka (Intl), New Chitose (Intl+Domestic), Naha (Intl), Asahikawa (Domestic), Komatsu (Domestic), Kagoshima (Intl+Domestic) or via delivery. Please contact the local operator to change your return location. You will find the contact details after booking
- You will not be refunded if you fail to pick up your router
- if you use more than 3GB in one day you may notice slower speeds, or even a temporary loss of connection
