3-day Amboseli by plane with Serena Lodge stay

Day 1 Nairobi - AmboseliYou will be picked up from Nairobi’s Jomo Kenyatta International Airport or a city hotel and transfer to Wilson Airport for the scheduled flight to Amboseli National Park. The flight departs Nairobi at 8.15am and arrives in Amboseli at 8.55am. Upon arrival, you will be met by a guide from the lodge and depart for your first game drive en route to Serena Lodge.Lying in the shadow of Africa's highest mountain, Mount Kilimanjaro, Amboseli Serena is surrounded by a thick forest of acacia trees and exquisite gardens. Brightly decorated in an African motif, the lodge's 96 comfortable rooms emulate the architecture of a Maasai village with its manyattas or homes. In the late afternoons and evenings, relax on the beautiful lounge terrace adorned by gardens, pools, and paths. From here, watch the nightly ritual of wildebeest, antelope, elephant and other animals coming into graze. Following lunch, there will be an afternoon game drive returning to lodge as the sunsets.Day 2 Amboseli
You will spend your morning and afternoon game viewing in the park with possible clear views of the highest mountain in Africa, Mt Kilimanjaro. This is a perfect backdrop to herds of elephant, Cape buffalo, giraffe the many species of plains game that are found here.Day 3 Amboseli – Nairobi
Following breakfast, there will be a game drive en route to the airstrip for the scheduled flight back to Nairobi. The flight departs Amboseli at 9.05am and arrives back to Nairobi at 9.50am. Upon arrival, you will be dropped off back to your hotel.
