What To Expect
Enjoy a two-day excursion in wild Africa!After an early breakfast at your hotel, you will drive, accompanied by your driver, along the main highway that heads towards Nairobi, following the route of the railway line built by the British in the late nineteenth century. You will reach the Taita Hills safari resort for check in, and thereafter proceed to the Sanctuary for a short game drive. Later you will go back to Taita Hills lodge for lunch.After lunch, you will enjoy an afternoon game drive in the Sanctuary which hosts varied species of animals, including lions, elephants, giraffes and zebras. Dinner and the overnight stay will be at the Salt Lick safari lodge which is built on stilts overlooking a waterhole where animals come to drink.The second day will begin with an early morning game drive. On a clear day, you will be able to see the magnificent snowcapped Kilimanjaro mountain. After breakfast, you will check out and proceed to Ngutuni Sanctuary for a game drive before lunch. After lunch you will drive back to Mombasa.
