Enjoy a full-day private tour to the floating village and Beng Mealea Temple with pickup from your hotel in Siem Reap.Following pickup to you from hotel, drive about 55 km east of Siem Reap town to Kampong Khleang floating village, located on the northern lake-edge. Embark on a boat ride through the village where the fisherman and their families live in stilted houses among the petrified mangrove forests and waterways. Here, you'll see the fascinating scenery of Southeast Asia's largest freshwater lake.Afterwards, you will be served a picnic lunch box at a locals house where you can experience the daily life in the village. Then, continue on land driving to visit the Beng Mealea temple. This lesser explored temple, located deep in the jungle and almost forgotten by the local population - but waiting to be rediscovered by adventurous traveler!
