What To Expect

Namha Villages Experience is a 2-day hike through the forest to the villages inside the National Park of Northern Laos. We will start walking through a beautiful bamboo forest and learn how the locals use the goods from the forest to feed themselves. You will experience either a homestay with the local families or lodging alongside the tranquil riverbank, where you can have a swim in a clear river. You will walk along the mountain valley to visit different hill tribes and villages and to witness local people’s lifestyle.

Not wheelchair accessible. Not recommended for travelers with back problems. Not recommended for pregnant travelers. No heart problems or other serious medical conditions. Travelers should have a moderate physical fitness level. A current valid passport is required on the day of travel. This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund. This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund. This tour/activity will have a maximum of 8 travelers.
