After clearing customs, make your way to the SLASPA booth, which you will see after you exit the sliding door. It's a grey booth straight ahead with the name "SLASPA Information desk" at the bottom of it. Show the agent your QR code or give them your name and they will then inform your driver who is in the car park, that you are ready for pick up.
