What To Expect
Your tour kicks off with a pick-up from your hotel at Nuwara Eliya to go to Kandy, situated in the Central Province of the country. First, visit the Temple of the tooth relic which houses the relic of the tooth of the Buddha and is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Then, you will go around Kandy for a city tour, a city that is a part of the cultural triangle, and is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Next, you will go to the Peradeniya botanical gardens with its 4000 species of plants situated 460 meters above sea level with 147 acres of land.Then, after all the tour, you must be hungry, so you will head straight to lunch. Once done, you can go to the tea factory as Sri Lanka is famous for its quality and flavors. To end the tour, you will see a herbal and spice garden to experience Sri Lankan spices and herbal products before returning to your hotel at 8.00pm.
