What To Expect
You will be picked up at 6.30 am and proceed to Mahaeliya and experience bird watching while trekking light and medium.This area is famous for its birdlife, which includes 10 Sri Lankan endemics. It also offers the visitor to view wild boar, barking deer, and other animals.For the more adventurous visitor, this is an ideal place to visit as it can be reached only on a walking trail.You will experience Sri Lankan endemic and migrant birds in this area. Also, you will trek through the gloomy mountains and experience cold weather conditions.
