Today it is known as the Curonian Spit and it is a UNESCO world heritage site.
There is plenty to see here: the migrating dunes, the wildlife, the old fishermen villages and, the last but not the least, the Pervalka Lighthouse. Not wheelchair accessible. Minimum age is 10 years. Swimming skills are required. Operates in all weather conditions, please dress appropriately. Subject to favorable weather conditions (strong wind). If canceled due to poor weather, you will be given the option of an alternative date or full refund.
