The majestic Gauja River (the longest river in Latvia) and its wild tributaries make this trip an adventure for nature lovers to remember.
Paddle downstream for around 5 hours, while enjoying the most beautiful landscapes of the Gauja River Valley, including the stunning steep riverbanks, the famous 350 million-year-old sandstone cliffs, and the dense pristine forests of Gauja National Park.

Depending on the group's speed, fitness level, and preferences we can do different daily distances (from 10 to 20 km).

Traveler pickup is offered
Depending on the number of guests and your pick-up location the pickup time may vary from 8:00 am to 8:30 am in Riga City. It takes around one and a half hours to get from Riga to the kayaking place and prepare for kayaking (and approximately the same amount of time on the way back to Riga).
Upon request, we can also arrange pick-up (and also drop-off) of the guests in the Sigulda and Līgatne towns. We will contact you before the trip and inform you about your concrete pickup time.
