What To Expect

We are a riad, the old moroccan familiar home in the medina.
Walking inside a riad it's like a flashback in the moroccan tradition.
Thanks to our cooking experience our guests will go the traditional Mellah cover market where we will buy all the ingredients for our cooking lesson and like in a traditional moroccan family we will cook together with our chef Aicha and they will discover the secrets of moroccan kitchen and culture.
On request e have gluten free and vegan options
After maximum 1 week our chef they will receive all the recipes by mail

The experience is not private, you can have your cooking lesson with other chefs. Inform us about diet requirement and allergies We are a traditional riad not an hotel. You can meet guests of the riad. This is a private tour/activity. Only your group will participate. Confirmation will be received at time of booking

What's included

Lunch - For a cooking class in the morning traditional Moroccan lunch is included. At the reservation we will get in touch with guests to know special diet requirements (Gluten free and vegetarian availables). Coffee and/or Tea - welcome mint tea is included. Bottled water - 1 big bottle of water each 2 pax is included. kitchen staff. We provide free of charge all the material for the cooking class. Dinner - For a cooking class in the afternoon: traditional Moroccan dinner.
