We recommend the 9 am schedule as in the mornings there is less wind and fewer waves, so the conditions are usually more favorable.. Our activities take place on the beach and there are no locker facilities, however, you can safely leave your personal belongings in the transportation.. The activity lasts 3 hours including round-trip transportation.. All transfers are complementary and optional, therefore the price doesn’t change if you don’t use the transfer option.. Pick-up times are assigned based on the location of your hotel or place of accommodation. Pick-ups start approximately one and a half hours before the scheduled activity time.. As we know, the weather is a factor that can lead us to modify our day. Sometimes we will have to change location, re-schedule, and cancel (the refund will be issued 100% in case of cancellation by us). You will be informed of the options, and you will make the decision. Factors that could influence this are rain, high swell, wind, and jellyfish.. Unfortunately we cannot control the wind. In the event that strong winds prevent us from getting to the Arch we will spend more time snorkeling to make sure the adventure continues. We will not issue partial refunds.. Your safety is our priority. When the conditions are not favorable, due to wind, high waves, or a tropical storm, we offer to change the day of your reservation or make a refund..
