Situated in the mountains, this beautiful colonial town is rich with old and new silver mines, has narrow picturesque streets and architecture that have not changed for the last couple of centuries. The town is also renowned for its UNESCO-nominated 200-year-old baroque-style church, the Santa Prisca Cathedral.
